Wexford Science + Technology LLC, the developer of the University of Miami Life Science & Technology Park, has reached a $650 million deal to be acquired by a California real estate developer.
According to the Baltimore Business Journal,
San Diego-based BioMed Realty Trust will pay $551 million for Baltimore-based Wexford Science’s operating portfolio and $91 million for project still in development.
