Purpose:
A rapidly growing scientific products and equipment company is seeking outside sales representatives responsible for sale of new and refurbished laboratory equipment, preventative maintenance, laboratory build-outs, laboratory relocation, and equipment acquisition. We are looking for a highly motivated professionals who will not take no for an answer. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Immediate openings in the Research Triangle North Carolina region. Local travel required.
Duties:
- Meet established sales targets
- Represent company at Industry trade shows
- Work in conjunction with team to maintain database leads and customer records
- Customer meeting
- Keep up with industry trends and competitive environment
- Work with team to generate leads through a variety of channels
Skills/Qualifications:
- 4 year degree- preferred, not required
- 1-2 sales experience preferred
- Working knowledge of laboratory operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Time management skills
- Great communicator
- Computer literate
- Prior military HIGHLY encouraged to apply
Expectations:
- Individual has the desire to learn about the laboratory equipment business
Compensation:
