Each year the Entrepreneur Council of Frederick County (ECFC) recognizes some of the area’s most distinguished entrepreneurs. These awards honor Frederick County residents or owners of Frederick County companies whose ingenuity, hard work, and perseverance have created and sustained viable business ventures that contribute to the economic well being of our community. Awards are presented for both emerging (1-5 years) and established (5+ years) businesses. The Council also honors select individuals for business longevity (20+ years) and community participation with a Master Entrepreneur Award.
This year, the Council notified BridgePath Scientific CEO, Patrick Haley, that he was a finalist in the “Small, Emerging Business” category. “I am truly honored to have been nominated and to be considered a finalist. The ECFC is a well respected, community oriented group. I have met serveral past finalists and the council always does a great job selecting excellent companies in Frederick County,” said Patrick.
The 2010 Entrepreneur Council of Frederick County Awards Banquet will be held June 22nd at Dutch’s Daughter. There will be a social mixer from 5:30 to 7:00 with dinner and presentations beginning at 7:00.
